I'm only about 4 months into this new way of living. At home, I consider myself vegan. Outside the house, it's a bit harder given where I live and occasionally finding myself eating more pescatarian when I'm absolutely unable to swallow another dry leaf of lettuce (usually my only option around here if I'm not cooking it.) I am hoping that within a year, I'll have figured all that nonsense out and have become so much more confidant that my status will change to full time vegan!
