I went vegetarian in 2000 for environmental reasons, vegan in 2011 for health reasons, and in what I have learned about the benefits of a plant-based diet, I am happy I made these choices for myself, for animals, and for the world. I enjoy playing boardgames, running reading, and cycling. And travel!
