We are a Nano Brewery and Fermentation Cafe that specialize in creating food and beverage that highly focus on Seasonal and Local Ingredients. All beers are brewed in house and are 100% Vegan. Our food is Primarily Vegan, however we do use Local Honey and may occasionally utilize small, local dairy and egg products. We make everything from scratch including many Non-Alcoholic specialty drinks, Kombucha, and Lacto-Fermented Items (Not to be confused with Lactose. This means they are fermented to produce Lactobacillus, a beneficial strain of bacteria- think Sauerkraut and Kimchi!)
