I’ve been vegan since January 1st 2012 and it’s been the best new year’s resolution I’ve ever done! I love spreading activism through sharing tasty vegan food and challenging people’s idea of what a vegan looks like. My fiancé and I cook every meal together but when we do go out, we look for meals that we can’t easily make at home.
