honest. Usually just eat at home because mostly it seems I just pay more to be disappointed and eat mystery ingredients. I hope that any criticism is constructive so that restaurants may improve their menus. Most plant based places seem to start out great before the lust for profit(capitalism) leads to cheaper ingredients. Have found the best vegan food from a restaurant to be in Columbia.
