Chipoon is produced by Mr. Hidetoshi Nishioka who is an owner chef from the legendary Chinese restaurant "Renge Equriosity" in Ginza. We don't use chemical seasoning at all and represent the new "Chinese fast food" that Nishioka's advanced skill for the simple cooking to bring out authentic "Umami" from the food.
