Hey my name is Amber I am 28. I have literally just become vegan. I'll try and keep it shortish although I do have a tendency to text too much hehe. So if im honest my reasons to become vegan were not so much about animal rights (even though I do love animals) but because of a friend that was vegan and I just thought I'm going to give this a go for January(however i feel this will now be a permanent thing). Previously I have been a meat eater but as my mum is pescetarian and grows lots of veggies I have always been very open-minded to eating only veggies! I have always loved fruit and veg and love cooking with these ingredients! I love even more learning how to use these ingredients to create amazing dishes that you wouldn't think you could or was possible. I am very into sustainability and would love to meet people that I could talk to about this lifestyle! I would love to buy some sort of truck or building and convert it into amazing sustainable living heaven. Anyone else up for that?! Haha. I have been bought up very cultured and open-minded. My mum is into growing all her own veggies and has a big greenhouse and 8 beds. My non-identical sister is teaching on Koh Samui. My brother decided to make the big move to Spain to bring up his babies off the grid in a little house. I absolutely admire him for this. I have previously been travelling on working holiday visa in Australia and New Zealand and done a bit of travelling around Thailand and Indonesia. I have just realised how much I have typed... oops!!
