Helping run Simone's Kitchen and the Good Food Institute in Antwerp — Antwerp's oldest plant-based restaurant, also registered as a non-profit training kitchen. Since 2016 we've hosted over 350 volunteer cooks from 45 countries, all learning the art of organic, conscious, plant-based cuisine. We rotate our four-course menus every three weeks through different world cuisines — Indian, Japanese, Italian, Mexican, Levantine. Always curious to connect with other people working in this space, whether you cook professionally, run a vegan business, or just genuinely care about plant-based food as a craft.
