I want to be clear that the statement you’ve made about me “abusing staff” is false and deeply hurtful. Our staff are the heart of Goat Head. From the beginning, we’ve worked to create a safe, supportive environment where they are treated with respect and paid a livable wage as a baseline. Many of our team members have been with us since opening, and numerous reviews highlight their kindness, professionalism, and the welcoming atmosphere they help create. As for your other claims: we do not use AI to create recipes — our menu is developed from scratch by myself and my partner, drawing on more than 20 years of professional culinary experience. Additionally, I find it very strange that you talk about a Lobster Roll special as we have never offered any such special in our restaurant. We always welcome honest, constructive feedback from our guests.
