Well this is all fun but neither of us is going to change the other’s mind. Just to clarify, we didn’t have any of the commercial vegan options on your menu, but had your home cooked options. As I say, it was ok. And I’m glad someone is doing vegan food in Paris, and I hope others build on your example and make it a city where vegans can eat well
