You did say Violife cheese is bland, but placing it right after nuggets and a patty, followed by “the bland stuff in every vegan shop,” makes it hard to read as only referring to vegan cheese. And Heinz baked beans? Hardly in the same category as plant-based meat alternatives designed to replicate the taste and texture of meat — like the HappyVore or Heura brands we use. Taste is subjective, but given that no French vegan restaurant seems to have earned 5 stars from you, perhaps we were aiming for an impossible standard from the start.
