I’m not sure that personally insulting and deliberately misquoting me is the win you think it is. I didn’t say that your menu was “bland commercial stuff” - I said that Violife cheese is. I didn’t say that every place in France fails to excite me, I said that your restaurant did. I do, though find the argument that you can’t beat 15 years of commercial R&D a bit odd. I’m sure that Heinz have perfected their baked beans recipe over an even longer period, but I wouldn’t want to eat them in a restaurant.
