Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify: we've never claimed to be a “gourmet” restaurant — nor a fast-food spot. Our menu is centered around homemade dishes prepared with organic and local ingredients. Aside from the “nuggets,” “patty,” and “cheddar,” everything is made in-house, including our sauces. Indeed, only three items on the menu include these plant-based meat alternatives: the No-Chicken Tacos, the Better Burger, and the Quesadillas. They’re mainly designed for those who are looking for a familiar taste and texture (flexitarian). We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel — we don’t make these alternatives ourselves because, let’s be honest, it’s hard to beat companies with over 15 years of R&D… especially from our 4m² kitchen. And we’re transparent about it: the brands we use are clearly mentioned on our menu. So while it may not have matched your expectations, we hope our approach — thoughtful, honest, and rooted in quality — is clear. If you were looking for something more exciting, we’d suggest skipping the nuggets next time and going for one of our fully homemade dishes. And finally — if you were expecting high-end French cuisine, yes, the bill would have looked quite different. Our mission is to democratize plant-based food, and to simply "be better" every day. Your comment feels a little bitter — and clearly, this just wasn’t the right place for what you were seeking. Regards, BBetter's Team (not perfect, but at least trying to convince more people to eat better everyday)
