And yes, sometimes it’s just one server and one chef holding the fort (and the flavor!) – which makes your patience and understanding all the more appreciated. We’re glad the flavors hit the spot – especially the moussaka, the lachanodolmades, and of course... the tzatziki (thank you for the “WOW!” – it blushed a little). About the “cracker situation” – we get it! We’re working on more “vehicles” that stay true to our gluten-free promise while also adding more texture and variety.
