Not sure exactly what you're talking about. We don't use any ice in any smoothies so definitely not a juice. How can fruit or veggies look "Stale" if they are blended into a smoothie. We use 100% organic frozen fruit only. Please let establishments know if you are not satisfied, we are always happy to serve, remake and correct any issues and that is our goal for you to be happy but instead you post an inaccurate review to hurt local eco conscious businesses.
