Hello! 🌞 Thank you for your comment. None of our travel cakes — like brioche, or viennoiseries, for example — contain almonds, unless specifically mentioned. Only entremets, tarts, cupcakes, and financiers may include them. :) We prefer using healthy fats like almonds rather than adding poor-quality vegetable fats. And it’s not almond flour, but ground almonds. :) But don’t worry — we always mention it.💛
