Our kitchen prepares every dish to order, and our team, led by Head Chef Nathan and GM Davide, take immense pride in the service and environment we provide. We routinely receive praise for both the quality of our food and the warmth of our front-of-house, so it's disheartening to hear this depiction. Had any of these concerns been raised during your visit, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them directly. As it stands, the tone and content of your review seem inconsistent with what we experienced in service that day.
