Our Burgers are Homemade and do not pretend to be meat. You had 2 homemade grilled Burgers (the details of all the ingredients, of each, are on our webpage, with the % of each ingredient for those who want to make their own at home, served in homemade Bread, which contains 25% sourdough, and the Cactus plate. The "Champion" is a veggie burger, topped with grilled mushrooms, with homemade Miso veganaise, fresh rucula, tomato and red onions, and the "Red" is a Spicy Burger, again in homemade bread, with fresh veg and jalapeños. Both which have been popular for 13 years. The Cactus Plate has been on the menu a few years, containing Grilled Cactus, tomatoes and onions with fresh avocado, lettuce, and jalapeños. You had all with double deep fried fresh potatoes (BRAVAS), topped with homemade brava sauce and alioli, still very popular after 16 years so far. You didn't try any of the 8 local craft beers, sticking to the bottled industrial beer. Next, it's roach season in Barcelona, and (according to the pest control) due to the lack of cold weather last winter, its worse than usual, and some control chemicals are not working, unfortunately you were visited by an adult American street cockroach, which can climb, then glide, they normally hide from light and noise, unless poisoned, or are looking for a new place to live due to overcrowding,(this one was poisoned as it didn't scuttle, but moved like it was on stilts), this was the 3rd one to get into the bar this year, but there are a lot on the streets, this is why hardly anyone lives on ground level in Barcelona, we try to keep the doors closed.. strangely 16km away in Sant Cugat there are no cockroaches, apparently due to the rock formation below the town.
