Hello, Thank you for your comment! 💛 We love to remind our customers that everything we make is homemade — from the plant milk to the cream, including the sponge cake… Our “EXOTIC” entremet, which is both sugar-free and gluten-free, takes three days to prepare and includes a carefully whipped cream. It doesn’t collapse (the transparent film was simply removed for the photo and did not fall), but it does remain delicate — especially for takeaway, as in your case.
