I don’t get the frustration apart from the fact that you walked the distance just to be rejected. It is an amazing place and they put cat comfort as a priority. The eating area is super small so I can imagine that they could not accommodate you. Also I think that it is good that they do not want overcrowd the place for the sake of cats. Instead of being furious, if you have a chance try next time :))
