Dear PiselloPatata, Thank you so much for your visit and kind words about the atmosphere, service, and flavors! We totally understand the protein question — but just a little clarification: we don’t believe people go to restaurants only to meet their nutritional intake (how sad would that be?), but rather for the joy of taste, seasonal produce, and the pleasure of sharing good food. That said, many of our sauces — including the ones served with the potatoes, asparagus, eggplants, and BBQ cauliflower skewers — are actually made with pea and/or soy protein bases. So they’re not just "veggies"! The only truly low-protein tapas would be the broccoli skewer and the accras. We’re a small restaurant focused on seasonal, fully homemade dishes that happen to be 100% plant-based — but we promise, protein is never forgotten 😄 Hope to see you again soon!
