That said, we’d like to offer a bit of context: our restaurant is located in the heart of Le Marais, one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Paris, where both rent and costs of living are particularly high. We’re a small, family-run independent restaurant with only 26 seats, and we take great pride in offering 100% homemade dishes, using seasonal, organic, and local ingredients whenever possible. Our portions may appear modest, but the quality, preparation time, and sourcing are truly ++. To keep things accessible, we always suggest our €33 tasting menu, which offers a more complete experience and better value than ordering à la carte. That’s also why we often recommend pairing a tapa with tacos — for example, our Mushroom Tacos + smashed potatoes come to €24 (lowest price), and the No-Chicken Tacos + asparagus to €27 (maximum) — which we believe are fair prices for a fresh, seasonal, fully homemade "main course" in this area.
