Hi Clara, Thank you so much for your feedback, we're just taking a minute to clarify a few points: our cookies and cinnamon rolls are cheaper than the ones at L&M (at least 4€ for a cookie there and same for a roll). We do use organic ingredients as well so the quality of our products is not to be questioned. Finally, L&M is a franchise that has almost ten shops in Paris and was created by people who already owned a chain of bakeries (Maison Lendemaine) so it's kind of harsh to compare what they do with what we do here as a small coffeeshop. And when it comes to the items prices, they are indeed not displayed on the counter but on the very large menu that's behind the counter because you are right, we do have a legal obligation to display the prices and have been doing so since we opened 8 years ago. As you say it's Paris so in order to pay rent and all the charges that go with running a business (I won't list them but there is a lot!), we have to adapt prices and we understand it can seem high when not used to it.
