Thank you for posting the beautiful photos of the bento. We only offer two dishes, but it takes the two of us four hours each morning to prepare them. It really pains me to see that the price is high. The food we make is delicious because the quality of the ingredients is excellent. The cost of these ingredients is three to five times that of regular ingredients. We are so grateful to all the people who work so hard to produce these amazing foods. They're not making that much money. In order to pay for the restaurant's expenses, such as food costs, utility bills, and rent, I go to work five days a week from 6pm to 11pm after I finish cleaning up the restaurant. I have little time for myself. It's very hard to maintain a vegan restaurant that uses good ingredients. Why do we continue to run our business despite the difficulties? It is because we learned how important good food is for the people to be better for the better world. The leaders at that time who taught macrobiotics had a very difficult time. Our gratitude to our predecessors is our driving force.
