Pleasantly surprised to find a fantastic vegan burger option here in this TX airport. Not a Beyond Burger but rather a great homemade brown rice-quinoa-chickpea concoction with avocado and sriracha on a whole wheat bun. Delicious and fast friendly service. Had mine in under 5 minutes at 330pm on a Friday. Nice seating and atmosphere.
