Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We genuinely apologize that your experience at Laylo did not meet your expectations. Your comments are important as we strive to improve. We understand that the heat and lack of air conditioning made your visit uncomfortable. Our new cozy location in Centro has limited space, which means we cannot accommodate air conditioning at this time. We are actively exploring ways to enhance the comfort of our environment for all guests. Regarding the food, we’re disappointed to hear that some dishes didn’t meet your expectations. Our spring rolls are served with a light sauce meant to complement the fresh vegetables, but we will consider your feedback for future improvements. We appreciate your thoughts on the tacos and will work on enhancing the texture and flavor of our home made tortillas using locally made tortilla dough. We want to highlight that we offer five different burgers, all of which are quite popular among our patrons. The only burger patty not made in-house is Beyond Meat, as it is a brand we trust for quality. We have received amazing reviews for our burgers, particularly our unique sushi burger, which has become a favorite. As a longstanding business in Tulum, we recently downsized to this smaller location to continue supporting local employment. While we may not be able to provide service as quickly as we did in our previous space, we are committed to offering the renowned dishes that made us popular.
