Well? First of all - We are not a vegan place. But we have made an alternative vegan version of our burgers of 100% natural, organic and local products, so people in groups can come and dine together regardless what diet they are on. We have many guests, that are glad for our vegetarian and vegan burgers. We could do it easier - and buy some of the finished products that the other burgerplaces are using. They would probably taste "better" and different, because they are full of soy, sugar, additives and many other nasty things.. You would be surprised how much crap you can put in a vegan product and still call it vegan. So - NO to your suggestion. We stand proud by our vegan version of a burger.
