The store is full of great products but all the products they carry can be found else where, sometimes for better prices. Their food is terrible. The salad bar is good but you have to navigate the weirdos and assholes. As for organic local produce you can find the same local producers at the Kiva and Capella. A CSA is the best way to get local produce. You get better prices and high quality organic produce without the awkward interactions. The people who manage and work at Sundance are some of the rudest people I have ever met. I always felt uncomfortable when I was shopping there. The people that work there are strange. It feels like a cult. They are super fake and snotty at times. If you don't glow them up they get very resentful. They need a lot of validation and attention. You better be a big fan of identity politics or you will get hated on just for existing. My parents were Hare Krishnas so I know the drill. Let me just say I hate hippies. They are huge hypocrites. They are not good people like they want everyone to think. I've met a lot of very Narcissistic people in my time and this place feels haunted by all the dysfunctional BS I spent my life trying to get away from. Steer clear if you value your sanity. Rich or poor this place seems to attract a certain kind of crowd.
