This continues to wow us! This November 2024 Experience Menu (made vegan) surpassed our already high expectations. We were astonished by the quality and taste of our food but the Miso Aubergine should be award winning. Absolutely spot on and leaving all poor imitations far behind and in Brighton, maybe restaurants try, yet fail to reach such a high standard.
