Interesting, when I was there around 2 months ago they had absolutely nothing vegan and they did not seem to know what vegan is. I went there because Swing Kitchen was too crowded so I wanted to eat at Rank. I asked if they could make me something vegan (after not seeing anything labeled) and after they checked their ingredients for a few minutes and saying they can make me xyz without yzx I ordered something. They already started preparing and wanted to know which sauces I want and I asked them if the Japanese mayo is vegan (as the other were surely not) and they said yes, then another person in the kitchen was asked to confirm and I didn't believe it and asked if it really doesn't contain eggs and they were unsure again so I left as I was not confident that I would really get something vegan. So I reported it to HappyCow as "Vegan options have changed, or been removed" linked to the (then) menu not having any vegan options but nothing happened with this listing. So I finally remembered I wanted to give this a 1 star review because of this and came back and saw your review 😊 Thanks for the update! I'm dreaming that my encounter encouraged them to have clearly labeled vegan options (again?) 😄
