It’s a cruffin…a delicious cross between a croissant and a muffin. I’ve had quite a few of them at The Smokin’ Onion vegan restaurant before tropical storm Helene devastated Asheville, NC and forced the restaurant to close indefinitely. Hopefully they’ll be able to open again soon. This has been so hard for many small businesses, but despite the situation they’ve been doing pop ups offering free food when they can.
