Most, if not all, of the economy rice stalls in Singapore have the same ladle and tong for all dishes. Personally, I have not patronise this stall. It has been a while since I added this entry to HappyCow, i can't remember the details. For this case, I classified it as vegan probably because my vegan friend told me it was fully vegan. Usually, when I add new entry to HappyCow, i will classify based on the boss/staff said. However, it's not uncommon for the boss and staff comments to differ. Sometimes even factual info like opening hours and rest day are different. Anyway, when in doubt, i will add them as vegetarian.
