Hi JimmySeah To humbly reply to your attempts at deflection. 1) "you have been in Singapore long enough, you should know that economic rice stalls are mass production kind. These stall owners will use the same ladle and tongs to pick up all your dishes." Your comment seems an inaccurate sweeping generalising. Some venues use 1 dedicated serving utensil per dish (you've been in Singapore long enough to know what you state in inaccurate). There are other places that e.g., keep a separate serving utensil for egg dishes from the vegetable dishes. 2) "if you expect different tongs to be used or to be washed, maybe you should dine in more expensive cafes or restaurants." Maybe the answer is simpler than what you suggest; HappyCow stop claiming places to be all-vegan when the business itself (such as this 1) doesn't claim claim to be all-vegan? Can you provide please the proof from management of this establishment that they claim this venue is all vegan? Alternatively, maybe you could enlighten us please on, what entitles to claim a place is all-vegan when management market the venue in question as having no stricter dietary adherence than vegetarian? I'm genuinely interested to know as I may learn something.
