Gopal, we are sorry for the comment, the truth is that the special starter that you mention is a recipe that a Palestinian chef made for us, the babaganush, it was he who provided us with this way of preparing a roasted eggplant, the potatoes are roasted, and the sauce What goes on top of the cauliflower, you can see it in the photo, is tahini. But we cannot expect much from those who do not know how to differentiate cauliflower from broccoli; homemade tahini, yogurt or vegan (without knowing how to differentiate them), or roasted potatoes from cooked ones. As for the chipotle, a 2 Oz ramikin is served and it is specified in the menu that this will be charged, as it is an extra additive. I am very sorry, if you want we can talk on WhatsApp at +34 652 87 54 84, but in this case, please read the letter and differentiate things well according to your preparation. We can make mistakes and we usually apologize for it, however we accuse ourselves that this dish, like so many others, are not homemade, and even more so with this lack of palate, it is terrible. On another occasion, if you want to visit us, we will be happy to assist you. Without further ado, thank you very much for the comment. Santa y Pura Staff.
