Thank you for the honesty! We heavily value your constructive feedback, it allows for us to progress our recipes. Your purchase was made a few months ago in regards to the almond croissant and pain au chocolat; as a result, we have recently updated our lamination process to include more moisture. The interior of our pastries are now a lot fluffier with the added hydration! Hopefully you’ll give us another try. - O Plant-based Team 💙💛
