Hi Saskia :) thank you for taking the time to write such a in-detail review of your stay with us even if you didn't fully enjoy it. Our Corn Schnitzel is mixed fresh every day + handmade, which sometimes can lead to differing in texture, depending on how thick the cook forms it that day. The lemon slice on top is also meant to give it a bit of extra juicyness. If you want to give us another chance: we have two new vegan specials - our beetroot Schnitzel and a celery salad.
