It's made to suit a Japanese palate and is aiming to 'veganise' a fairly traditional kissaten founded in the 1960s. If you go in expecting American style, you might be be disappointed. The burger is literally called 'graceful, beautiful woman' burger, so it's probably aiming for a less intense flavour profile.
