Plant is a pretentious establishment, that’s just the truth. Ive worked in restaurants and am a host currently, and like i said, all my managers tell us to go above and beyond for customers. We certainly cannot get an attitude with customers, and my boss or the owner CERTAINLY never would. My manager responds to the most petty reviews with kindness and maturity. I had the opposite experience with Plant’s owner. It’s funny you felt it even necessary to respond when you weren’t involved in the situation at all. But whatever.
