Dear Nieve, Thank you for stopping by for brunch. We offer many alternatives for 100% plant based eaters, and also for vegetarians, and we make almost everything ourselves, in our kitchen, no additives — case in point: the peanut butter! Please note that both the vegan and the classical pancakes are priced the same, but the cost of the ingredients and labour is much, much higher for the vegan alternative, thus the difference of one to three ;) Thank you for recommending Manjerica to your friends in town!
