I wish to make a quick note about the salted caramel, chocolate and hazelnut pie: we understand it was not to your liking, and maybe you could just simply return it, and we'd be happy to advise on a more suitable alternative; we do, however, think that your judgement is not fair, as it is one of our very best-selling desserts!, even among recurring guests!; we also do not accept your claim regarding the quality of our ingredients, as we use the same in our home, to feed our family! And please, let me emphasize that most of our guests are, and have been, Portuguese and foreigners living in Lisboa — we are NOT a tourist trap! — attested by the fact that, despite being a family owned small business, we are still open when there are virtually no tourists visiting Lisboa for almost an entire year now.
