Hi there Thanks for the review. We do feel its a bit unfair though. We fully accepted fault on this & confirmed with the delivery company you ordered with to 100% refund you (we haven't received any money for your order because of this), which they have confirmed has happened. We were willing to send you the money via bank transfer if they didn't, which I'd say is going above and beyond to ensure we resolve the problem. Hopefully you'll choose to give us another try.
