Carl Berger, we are allowed to take breaks and a breather from the mask when there are no customers or food preparation needed. The health inspector is aware that my 72 year old mother now helps out in the kitchen and agreed that she should take breaks from wearing the mask all day. It speaks volume about the kind of person you are for wanting to hurt a small business during a global pandemic simply because I wasn't jovial when you were being condescending towards me. If you're going to tell a story, please tell the full story with all the facts. Anyone who has visited knows that myself and all the staff here are always friendly and helpful. The whole kitchen witnessed how condescending and belittling you were and yet, all I said back to defend myself was, "I treat people the way they treat me" when you asked, "how come I am so much friendlier to other customers than to you." I served you your food, thanked you, and I even gave your dog iced water. I'm not sure how that is perceived to be rude. No one would be happy or smile at the person who's rude and condescending to them. Also, somehow I suspect the food is more than decent since you kept coming back but now since you keep harassing and being malicious, you and your wife are no longer welcome. We will call security if we see you in the store. Other than that, I wish you and your family to stay safe and well.
