Hello Bantunes. This comment comes as surprise for our entire team, as it hurts the liability of a whole community enganged on bringing value to such a nobel cause as the Veganism. As in regards of the accusation, as you were explained during your last visit(of many, as mentioned by you) there is not a single item of animal origin in our menu. We do use vegetal margarine while toasting our bread, always certified by the vegan society, and we will be happy to show you at any point, no need to let us know before ;). We would love to give you a tour through our kitchen, we are happy to share our recipies! On other hand, we feel somehow accomplished to surprise our visitors with flavous never experienced before, and again, we would love to share a list of suppliers that work hard to make the vegan market so rich and interesting.
