We want to thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am disappointed we did not elicit a 5 star review from you. I am glad to hear that you thought the bread was good but I am surprised that you think our Shredded Medley Banh Mi is greasy as we do not add oil to the sandwich, at all. Perhaps you mistook the sauce for grease because we do sprinkle a little bit of our liquid aminos sauce atop. We also top each Banh Mis with fresh pickled veggies, cucumber slices, and cilantro. As to our prices, these are a reflection of the biodegradable non-toxic food/drink containers and utensils we provide, the high quality ingredients we use, and the local and organic produce we serve. We work hard to provide fresh, healthy, and flavorful plant-based food a long with excellent customer service to every single customer that walks into our restaurant.
