We are deeply sorry about your not good experiences at our restaurant, hope we can serve better food on your in the next visit. Please forgive us, Thanks for your useful and truthful feedback. We always try our best to serve what is best for our customer; however, recently we remove and replace some materials and ingredients in our recipes to the more healthy and more expensive one. We do not use the 5 pungent vegetables (garlic, onion, chives, leeks, green onion- these affect the purification of the mind and body) in the food no more, this affect our way chef ‘s cook. In addition, we do not use any artificial ingredients which are known like a vegan seasons to enhance the flavor in the food, (this seasoning either vegan or not creates the fake umami. It will affect our flood flow and teeth and throat and tone; specially, it makes our mind slow down in the thinking and reacting). We are all vegan in the restaurant, and we have to make this change for our customer’s health. As this is also new to us, our chefs try to cook better with our homemade seasoning from shiitake mushroom, carrot, and apple ( they are all organically growth in our farm); in hope, we will achieve (what many vegan and specially vegetarian can not dream to do) that using all organic and vegan without artificial ingredients like seasoning to make food but do not compromise the taste.
