Just to clarify, we don’t use deep fryers, our fries are baked in the oven to keep them lighter, and they’re usually crispy and fresh. We really appreciate your feedback and will check to make sure everything is as it should be. We also sorry to hear that our menu may not have matched your expectation of a vegan restaurant serving more traditional dishes like risotto, lasagna or curry. However, that’s not what we as Copper Branch offer, our focus is on approachable dishes like burgers, bowls, and wraps, which we clearly communicate as our concept. As a vegan company, our goal is not only to create simple, delicious, and enjoyable plant-based comfort food, but also to contribute to a more animal-friendly world by introducing both vegans and non-vegans to accessible, tasty plant-based options.
