Hi Gabrielle, I am sorry to hear that you were sick. No one likes to be sick while on vacation. We had many many guests dine with us that night and you were the only one that commented that you became ill. Due to that reasoning, it is extremely unlikely that you got food poisoning from our restaurant. We have many ingredients, I’m not sure how it would be pinpointed that it was the king oyster mushrooms either. We are very careful of how we prepare and serve our food to our guests, and being in the food industry for over six years we are very proud to have never had less than an A grade and we have never had a food poisoning case.
