We ate here today. I got Vegan veggie omelet made with Just Egg (R) added avocado,- minus feta. Because of your review I called first and was told they have Just Egg (R), Black beans, and avocado as some of their vegan options. Sounds like you caught them on an "off" day. Their menu clearly displays "Vegan egg substitute available" for multiple dishes.
