Hello! Thank you for your feedback. Glad you liked the cinnamon roll, but bummed to hear our coffee let you down. We would have appreciated your input in real time. We offer several coffees, and the lighter roasts have a more fruity, green-apple-like brightness that some people perceive as sour. We most likely would have provided you with another, but in a darker roast. Regarding our oatmilk, what brand do you prefer? Unfortunately, there are few options available in Japan. The others we have tried are GMO or non-organic, and they leave an oily mouthfeel and taste. We are always excited to learn! Please share your thoughts😄 Chris
