They are designed to have cold fillings (salads, sauces, fresh toppings) with only the nuggets or oyster mushrooms served hot — this contrast is part of the way we build them 🌮 The toppings also rest on scarole, a slightly bitter, seasonal, organic and locally sourced lettuce 🥬 Our cauliflower skewers are intentionally slightly undercooked so they hold their shape on the BBQ and don’t fall apart 🔥 Our portobello burger is usually one of our best-sellers 🍔 and we’re sorry it didn’t work for you this time. It can happen, especially when the burger is cut in half, that the marinade and coleslaw sauce soak through the bottom bun more than intended. We apologize for that.
